We are able to provide help and support for a range of issues including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, sexual problems, bereavement, faith issues, work & life balance and personal development.

Heart and Mind offers supervision (individual and group) for people working in the caring professions. (E.g. Psychotherapists, counsellors & pastoral care workers).
All available supervision places are currently allocated and no new registrations are possible at the moment.
People involved in pastoral, aid and development work often experience a multitude of pressures.
Heart and Mind works in partnership with a number of organisations and offers their pastoral care staff and aid workers a range of professional member care services including debriefing, counselling and coaching.
Looking to make a difference? The Certificate in Counselling Skills & Theory (Level 3) is a CPCAB accredited course, providing students with a unique opportunity to study a recognised and accredited counselling course from a Christian perspective. The Certificate is the first part of our Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling (Level 5) but can also be used as a stand-alone counselling qualification.
Students who have successfully graduated from our Certificate in Counselling Skills & Theory (Level 3), may progress to our Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling (Level 5). Our diploma course is CPCAB accredited and prepares students to gain accreditation as a qualified counsellor with the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC) UK, and/or the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
