Are you looking for counselling and are you on a personal gross annual income of up to £ 18'000 or a full-time undergraduate student? Our 'Low-Cost Counselling Service' offers individuals a caring, confidential and safe environment to explore and address issues that negatively impact your quality of life. Some of the issues we can provide help with are:

Anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviour, bereavement, loss of confidence, eating problems, personal development, anger management etc.

Please note:
Low-cost counselling places are subject to availability. We pride ourselves in responding to enquiries for places quickly and efficiently - usually within 3 to 4 working days. However, depending on the demand for low-cost places, there may be a waiting period before we are able to allocate a counsellor. Clients are usually offered up to 12 counselling sessions at a reduced rate and we ask clients to keep us informed if their financial circumstances change during the course of their consultations.

The 'Low-Cost Counselling Service' is staffed by counsellors and therapists at various stages of their training who work towards their full professional accreditation. Covered by professional indemnity insurance, counsellors have been chosen for their genuine care for people and their commitment to providing a high-quality service at an affordable price.

Counsellors work under regular clinical supervision and are members of professional bodies such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the Association of Christian Counsellors UK (ACC), subscribing to their code of conduct in areas of ethics, practice and complaints procedures.

Consultation fee (per session): £ 25.00

Fees at our 'Low-Cost Counselling Service' are kept as low as possible and we make every effort not to turn anyone away who is in real need of help and support. If you could benefit from counselling but genuinely cannot afford our low-cost counselling fees, let us know about your financial circumstances when registering with us.

If you need to cancel or change a session please give as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours before your booked appointment. Any cancelled, missed or changed appointments with less than 48-hour notice are charged the usual session fee.
