To pay for your consultations at Heart and Mind, please set up a Direct Debit mandate. Setting up a Direct Debit is easy and safe and will help us in our effort to deliver affordable psychological care. Once the Direct Debit is set up, the consultation fee due will be debited from your account, usually 3 - 4 working days after each appointment.
You will only be charged for booked appointments.
If you need to cancel or change appointments, not a problem, but let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please bear in mind that cancellations or changes at short notice (less than 48 hours) will be charged the usual fee - irrespective of reason (e.g. illness, travel delays, strike).
Direct Debit Guarantee
The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to all Direct Debits. It protects you in the rare event that there is an error in the payment of your Direct Debit.
The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Please also notify us.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by us or your bank or a building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or your building society
