To secure your enrolment, please complete the following steps within 7 days of this offer:
Agree to our ‘Course Fees’ and ‘Refund Policy’
Complete the ‘Acceptance Form’.
Pay the non-refundable ‘Deposit Fee’.

Annual course fees
Year 1: £2,800.00 (VAT included)
Year 2: £2,800.00 (VAT included)
Fees are due by 1st September of each course year. Annual course fees include the Training Handbook and the registration fee with the validating body CPCAB (not including personal therapy, supervision or expenses relating to the clinical placement chosen).
Pay course fee in instalments
There is an option to pay the annual course fee in 8x instalments of £375.00 each.
1st instalment - 1st September
2nd instalment -1st October
3rd instalment - 1st November
4th instalment - 1st December
5th instalment - 1st January
6th instalment - 1st February
7th instalment - 1st March
8th instalment - 1st April
Opting to pay in instalments will result in an annual course fee of £3,000.00 (compared to £2,800.00 if paid in full by 1st September of each course year)
REFUND POLICY
If you pay your annual course fee in full by 1st September
Refund of any course fee paid will only be considered if we receive a written withdrawal notice. The date of withdrawal shall be the date that the withdrawal notice is received. Refunds of any paid course fee will be given according to the following scale:
Withdrawal before the fourth training day: 50% of the course fee already paid
Withdrawal after the fourth training day: no refund
Refunds will be made by electronic bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice
If you pay your annual course fee in instalments
No refunds are made at any time. Payments already made by instalments are non-refundable

A non-refundable deposit fee of £750.00 (VAT included) is required within 7 days of receiving your offer to secure your place.
This is a one-off payment made at the start of your 2 year training and in addtion to your course fees. By paying your deposit fee, you agree to our course payment terms and refund policy above.
Please note that this deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
