We are delighted to offer you a place on the Heart & Mind Certificate in Counselling Skills (Level 3).

To secure your enrolment, please complete the following steps within 7 days of this offer:

  1. Agree to our ‘Course Fees’ and ‘Refund Policy’

  2. Complete the ‘Acceptance Form’.

  3. Pay the non-refundable ‘Deposit Fee’.

1. ‘COURSE FEES’ and ‘Refund Policy’

Deposit fee

To secure your place on the course, a non-refundable deposit of £750.00 (VAT included) is required within 7 days of receiving your offer letter. This is a one-off payment made at the start of your training and in addtion to your course fee.

Course fee

£1,600.00 (VAT included)

Course fee is due by 1st September. Your course fee includes the Training Handbook and the registration fee with the validating body CPCAB.

Pay course fee in instalments

There is an option to pay the course fee in 6x instalments of £295.00 each.

1st instalment - 1st September
2nd instalment -1st October
3rd instalment - 1st November
4th instalment - 1st December
5th instalment - 1st January
6th instalment - 1st February

Choosing to pay in instalments will bring the total course cost to £2,520.00 (compared to £2,350.00 if paid in full by 1st September).

REFUND POLICY

If you pay your course fee in full by 1st September

Refund of your course fee paid will only be considered if we receive a written withdrawal notice. The date of withdrawal shall be the date that the withdrawal notice is received. Refunds of any paid course fee will be given according to the following scale:

  • Withdrawal before the fourth training day: 50% of the course fee already paid

  • Withdrawal after the fourth training day: no refund

Refunds will be made by electronic bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice

If you pay your course fee in instalments

No refunds are made at any time. Payments already made by instalments are non-refundable

Please note that this deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
