Setting up a direct debit mandate is quick and easy and can be completed online and on your computer or mobile phone.

Good to know
A direct debit mandate is different to a standing order and you will only be charged for sessions you book and agree with us. Any future consultation fees collected will be charged to your account 4 - 5 working days after your appointment (not before) and will be covered by the direct debit guarantee

Direct Debit Guarantee

The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to all Direct Debits. It protects you in the rare event that there is an error in the payment of your Direct Debit.

  • The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits

  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Please also notify us.

  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by us or your bank or a building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or your building society
